After parting ways upon college graduation, a former roommate and I sought to reconnect with another former roommate at his home in San Diego. This was a first trip to San Diego for both of us, so we wanted to explore everything we could. Striking a good balance of relaxation and agenda-based sightseeing, we explored La Jolla beach, La Jolla Cove, Balboa Park, Torrey Pines State Park, Torrey Pines Gliderport, Ballast Point Brewery, Stone Brewery World Bistro and Gardens, Coronado Island, and Point Loma Lighthouse, among a few other places. The city is a little dense for my taste, but I understand the appeal. We certainly had a great time there! Below are some stills from a film I made of the experience.
