My girlfriend (now wife) came to visit while I was living in Salt Lake City for an away-rotation during my fourth year of medical school. While she was there we took advantage of every daylight hour, exploring everything from restaurants to mountains.

This hike to the mountaintop Lake Blanche was perhaps the grandest hike I completed during my time in Utah. With a few hours of constant uphill hiking it’s certainly not the easiest hike ever, but the views are more than worth it. Check out the film to see for yourself!
