INTRODUCTION
In October of 2022 my wife and I set out on a two week latermoon on the Big Island of Hawaii. Over these two weeks, we explored as much of the island as we could, starting on the Kona Coast and gradually working our way down around the Southern coast, east to Hilo, inland toward Mauna Kea and Waimea, North toward Pololu Valley, eventually ending our trip with a three day rejuvenating stay at the Westin Hapuna Beach resort.
